Offered as a 1-day, 2-day or 4 day intensive training series, our Diversity/Cultural Awareness Training creates safe space for radical healing of socially constructed barriers such as age, race, gender, disabilities, and sexual orientation. This training provides the necessary skills to recognize and correct our own biases and begin the journey towards acceptance.

Through facilitated discussion, create agency specific standards for intervening in mental and emotional crisis of adolescent youth. Demystify California's mandatory reporting laws and procedures,  and learn the vital safety-net of community resources that can help you as you   support youth well-being.

1 day or 1/2 day training      10-100 people per session

Through interactive role-play and real-life examples, uncover meaningful strategies to resolving conflicts with peers, co-workers, students and administrators. Learn valuable de-escalation techniques, non-violent communication and active listening strategies. Be prepared to explore relationships of power, fear and sadness which are the root to all conflicts.

Through experiential workshop, build strategies for supporting group dynamics that are rooted in truth, authenticity and transparency.
