Mizan Alkebulan-Abakah, MPH + Sizwe Andrews Abakah 

We are parents and we are partners. We are artists and we are activists. We are healers and we are healing. We are intentionally building and believing in a better world, and know the change starts within us, with every breath.. 

​This husband and wife team have over 35 years of combined experience in youth programming, organizational development and wellness education.

Mizan and Sizwe live in East Oakland with their five brilliant children.
